Reiki Training – Level 2
Sunday, April 28

in the Baltimore metro area

Deepen your personal healing journey with Reiki through several empowering symbols and an attunement that will support and enhance your own experience of Reiki, as well as your ability to be a channel of healing for others. Level 2 features the ability to give Reiki from a distance.
Activities will include:
- meditations
- Usui Reiki Level 2 attunement
- learning three Reiki symbols and how to use them effectively
- time to practice Reiki treatment on others
- time to practice giving long-distance (or absent) Reiki
Pre-requisite: Reiki Level 1 (if you have not taken Level 1 with Andrea, please contact her at least a week in advance)

In this experiential workshop, learn how relaxation is critical for energizing your body, mind and spirit. Unlock the natural energy within you through the metaphor of Yin and Yang and simple sound healing techniques you can use right away. As a part of the experience, Andrea will guide you into deep relaxation using crystal singing bowls and vocal toning.
