Space is limited, so sign up early! Zero Gravity chairs will be available, first-come, first-served … with towels and blankets provided for others to lie down on the salt floor. Feel free to bring your own pillows and blankets for your comfort.

NOTE TO ATTENDEES: Your comfort is important to be able to deeply relax and experience the full benefits of this session! Therefore, PLEASE BRING additional props you may want to feel supported, comfortable and warm lying down on the floor for an extended period of time. There are a few mats, plenty of bolsters and 2 yoga blankets per person in the studio. You may want to bring your own thick mat/padding (i.e. camping mat, lawn chair cushion – one yoga mat is usually not enough), blankets/sleeping bag, pillows, etc.
A water bottle is also recommended.
