Healing Sounds in the Garden

Bask in the beauty and tranquility of Mother Nature as healing sounds soothe your body, heart, mind, and spirit. Relax into a safe and sacred container where stuck emotions, limiting beliefs, and old trauma can simply fall away.
Open your heart and allow your consciousness to expand and connect with the purity of your own connection to Source. This is true nourishment – what sustains your being through any hardship or challenge as we birth a new world.
We will explore simple sounding practices for personal healing followed by a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, rattle, drum, chimes and more. Join us to relax, release, restore, rejuvenate and remember who you really are at this profound turning point on the planet.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Your comfort is important to relax deeply and experience the full benefits of this session. So, dress comfortably according to the weather and PLEASE BRING:
– a water bottle
– adequate blankets/mat/cushions and/or a lawn chair to support you in sitting for at least 30 mins and, if desired, lying down in the grass for the remaining time
– additional pillows and blankets to be supported, comfortable and warm as the air cools down through the evening–your body temperature will also drop a bit as you relax deeply
This is a smile-friendly gathering, with human touch encouraged (it boosts immunity and so much more!) according to each one’s comfort level. Everyone’s needs are different and will be respected. Tune in to your own inner guidance about what is right for you and communicate what you need to feel safe.
Access to indoor restrooms will be available if needed.
